做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
