做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
