做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
