做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
