做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
