做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
