做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
