做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
