做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
