做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的(de )鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
