做(zuò )法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
