做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮(pí )泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可(kě )品尝。 -
