做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
