做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
