做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
