做法:洗(xǐ )净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
