做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
