做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
