做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
