做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
