做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
