做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
