做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
