做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
