做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
