做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
