做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
