做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
