做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
