做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
