做(zuò )法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
