做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
