做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
