做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
