做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
