做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用(yòng )清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
