做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
