做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
