做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
