做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
