做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
