做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
