做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
