做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
