做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
