做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
