做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
