做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
