做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
