做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
